Great concept. I would highlight the importance of the RPG being malleable by definition to your audience. For instance, I would want the game to run as swapnote-contained as possible, forgoing die-rolls in favour of DM’s discretion, and maybe having the players need to use the camera/recordings for skill rolls or RP-elements. (e.g. “How do you convince them that that treasure is cursed?”)

@QMulative I totally agree. That sort of thing should be agreed upon by both player and DM ahead of time. I just kept a simple combat system with die rolling to tie it back to RPG roots. Being mostly an honor system, the DM may or may not even be rolling dice anways. :D
