Any good places to learn web development and/or design in manhattan?

Does anybody have any ideas as to the best place to study either website development or design in Manhattan. Best in terms of the quality of teaching and in terms of the price. I’m interested in studying photoshop, illustrator, dream weaver, php and mysql.
